1. Websites will be updated often. A website that isn't updated at least once a month will be deleted. Since these websites have areas to place assignments, classwork and long term information this should not be a problem.
2. Website material is to be checked for grammar, spelling and content.

Example:  Nuthin lik havin a edukational websight and havin us luk stupid bekuz we dunt chek it fer spellun and that there gramer stuff.

1. You are allowed to use photos of class activities as long as you have a signed release for each student in the picture. The signed releases should be in the front office of the school. Do NOT ever put the child's last name if you identify students. Use their first name only. Suggestion: Make a generic label for the picture such as "Mrs. Smith's students get their hands messy while making fingerpaint masterpieces."
2. Your website is for communication between the teacher, students and parents. Please do not use it for anything other than that, such as selling services or products including tutoring. Do not use your Manila site to direct a user to your "real" site at another provider.  Your website, and use of this webspace, on the DVUSD Manila web server is also governed by the Internet User Agreement Policies and Procedures.
3. ADDED 08/2002-Your Manila website is not to be used to direct users to another website that you have information on such as myschoolonline, scholastic, etc. Websites being used to do that will be deleted from our system.
